The shipyard is now licensed under the “Free Customs Complexes” according to article 25 of the Greek law 2859/2000.

All vessels fulfilling the following criteria will be exempt from VAT (24%) on goods and services for repairs and maintenance work in the shipyard and it’s “in water” area:

• Vessel must be over 7.5 meters for wooden and fiberglass hulls and 7,5-24 meters for metal hulled vessels.

• A vessel or yacht that holds a non-EU flag and has an owner or owning company from a non-EU country.

• Be in the EU under Temporary Admission and hold a valid transit log that will be surrendered to the Customs office for the agreed shipyard period.
